  They don't respond to e/ emails. The properties are quality properties. Would you spend a million dollars to live in downtown Flushing? It like living in a third world developing nation. Plagued with illegals, massage prostitution, And solicitation on the streets. It dirty and overwhelmed with traffic and pedestrians. It not Manhattan upper west side or affluent venue. The developer is attempting to change the character of the community. Good luck F&T with your objectives in this developing neighborhood. In addition, the other surrounding communities are in a state of degradation. F&T is attempting to change a community plagued by the poor. And hardworking families who can't afford the properties. It a poor community attempting to live the American dream.
