Great staff, but im always finding expired food or cut open packaging (like when you cut open the box from the truck type of cut open, these items should not even make it to the sales floor) I understand that things get missed. Which is why i’ve refrained from making a bad review. But i’ve only been using this frys for 4 months and i’ve already found 16 items like this, and brought many more that i’ve stumbled upon to customer service. 6 packages of Hummus on the shelves thats 5 months expired 4 packages Sour cream thats 3 months expired 2 packages of cookie dough 2 months expired + 2 ripped open (these i eneded up all the way home with, and had to walk back 3x one after the other to exchange) Bags of cereal ripped open If i didnt check expiration dates 9/10 times there’d be a law suit because i’d either be super sick or dead. Please fix this! Its not that hard to do a purge of your bad items or give better training to the truck teams. I’ve worked grocery. It’s unacceptable. I will however keep coming back thanks to the lovely staff who never give me any issues when i bring the problems to their attention or havw to exchange items.

Nothing special here. Employess not smiling or even saying hello, including the front end management on duty. They could be so much better to the cummunity they are servicing but they choose to avoid contact with everyone. That says to me, that employees are lazy and avoid customers so they dont get any "extra work" added onto their lazy work day. I have no doubt that this is a learned behavior here and it started at the top and then trickled down and out to all employees. This is nothing uncommon with Frys grocery stores, unfortunately i see this in the majority of stores i visit locally. Corporate should shock & sparkle some damn happiness into these people so they dont keep leaving me feeling depressed and weighed down once i finish my shopping.

A woman name Kristin whom works in the flower Department is very informative about roses for example Yellow Roses meant , Friendship and so on. The flower arrangements I viewed blew me away, such creativity. I know where I'm buying my flowers, for my special someone.

I'm new to the area and this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm use to having butchers available behind the counter in the meats department. The selections are different than other Fry's. I'll have to ask if they can stock some of the items I'd regularly get at other locations. It's a big clean well lit and organized store. I prefer it to the Safeway store near me.

Usually pretty fast, friendly and competent. Today, slow and not so friendly. One cashier at the customer service desk (9:30am) and 8 people in line and growing. One person doing go-backs that is throwing the merchandise around. I'm guessing because he would like to be doing something else.... sigh... so would I.
