  Ever since they changed the floor plan years ago, the place just isn't the same. It's not all the fault of the interior design, computers are no longer exciting like when they were new. Phones have replaced the computer as the tricorder of this era. Many factors have had a part in the store losing its luster. This generation takes electronics for granted. Obama killed the high definition TV market by delaying it's release, but there is nothing worth watching anyway. Well my point is, this store was great at one time, but that time has come and gone. I find nothing of interest here, sorry Fry's, I don't think you will last the year.

  Generally good customer service. Though I went in late morning when it's fairly slow. Good selection of merchandise. Think walmart, radio shack, and best buy all rolled into one.

  Terrible service!! Nobody cares to help!! And when you do finally get someone to assist, they treat you as if are taking up their valuable time and not get paid enough to do their job. Instead of explaining and showing me where the product is in the aisle that I looking for, the employee just pointed the area of where I should find what I'm looking for. For that, I could just do it myself. Deplorable customer service. They deserve a negative 1 star instead. 😕

  I ordered online for delivery next day. They cancelled my order without telling me what was going on so I went into the store. When I came into the store they told me the reason that they cancelled my order was that they ran out of the product and couldn't ship. No One contacted me in any way shape or form to let me know I was not getting my product. The second item that was on my product was definitely in stock but they still canceled it. They had a display model in which I purchased for less than advertised price. I purchase the other item as well. I had to make two trips to the store in order to get the items because they had to wipe the computer and make sure it was performing correctly because it was a display model. Overall the worst experience I've had with Fry's usually they're pretty good.

  I won't be shopping at Fry's again. Had a difficult time finding anyone to help me which seems to be my experience every time I'm there. One sales clerk pointed and said, "Back there. Isle 94." Wrong! Turns out what I was looking for was in the first isle on the left as you enter the store. Another clerk pointed to the isle I needed for my second item then walked away. I sure could have used some advice in choosing the item I needed to purchase. What happened to walking the customer to the correct place and offering to help? I'll be shopping at Best Buy or Amazon from now on. Done with Fry's.
