::Bob was great. He was already at the location when I arrived, taking pictures of the roof. As he was walking around the house he was pointing at potential hazards and what needed to be replaced and fixed. As we walked inside he was very informative regarding on the electrical, foundation, A/C work and etc. He didn’t BS around and told me straight up it was going to be more money to fix this house than what it was actually worth it. He gave me his honest opinion and thanks to him I’m going to keep searching for a house. I would definitely recommend him.

::I requested a quote from the Yelp app, he replied in minutes and since I was happy with price and availability, I scheduled the inspection. The day of the inspection Bob showed up early and not only he was professional but also very friendly and patient to explain everything he was checking. Next day I received the report detailing the issues he had found and explained during the inspection. I would definitely recommend him.
