  I can't say enough about what a great bank this is, but the experience I had with Edwin from start to finish was by far the best customer experience I have ever had. In fact, I have never actually left a review in my life other than to get a free meal. But I'm pretty Edwin could be running the place.

  Urban legend has it, that a graduate of Rice University in Houston designed the building to look like Rice's mascot, an owl, to mock Austin. The myth has been debunked since, but the story continues to be told.

  I've never been inside but this is one of the most beautiful buildings I have ever seen. I love taking photographs of buildings and this is the subject of many of them. The architecture is very unique and the color is beautiful. A great center piece for downtown Austin, one that should be seen up close.
