  Terrible banking experience. They don't care about their customers. Secondly, the founder of this bank was a confederate soilder. We all know what that means. It's still owned by the Frost family. They will never get my money...

  I made a deposit into my account and she deposited the money into the wrong account and now they're telling me I can't get my money back!

  The absolute worse service I've had at any bank in my life .Maria Morales the "business account manager" jacked around with my new business checking application for 3 weeks. I finally gave up and went down the street to Bank of America and they had me set up in 45 minutes..
