  I would not recommend Clay Frey. Clay failed to reinvest the bulk of my 401K and didn't tell me that it had not been done. Months later, our money sat while he continued to collect fees. I noticed the inactivity and confronted him. He said he would make it up to me. I'm still waiting. I found Clay lacking in transparency. He did not do what he agreed to do. He was not upfront with us. There are lots of good financial guys out there. I would recommend finding one. These are not, in my experience, "good folk."
