Steve helped me and my family through this whole process. I don't understand why this place has one star reviews, hopefully Fresno Funeral Chapel has or will grow from the One star reviews, but steve was very kind, personable, yet professional. The prices arent ridiculous.. we had a bad overall experience at palm la paz that really sucked our energy :( So thank you Fresno Funeral Chapel, for your kindness and the walk through of all the services. Blessings.

Please save yourself the heartache during a time of grief, and don't go to this awful business Fresno Funeral Chapel. Dealing with Mr. Smith and his assistant Maria has been frustrating and has caused me unnecessary stress. They have been rude to me on the phone and failed to follow through with the details at this very trying time. My Mother passed away and I am pregnant with my first child. When you are going through a loss like this, you select a company hoping they will make this process as easy and stress free as possible. Unfortunately this was not the case with Fresno Funeral Chapel. They failed to return phone calls to me or my family, communicating with the doctors office for the death certificate, nor did they follow up with me to get her obituary in the Fresno Bee. I was the one dealing with all of that. To top it off my Mother was very well known in the funeral industry and Mr. Smith knew her personally. I can only imagine how he treats the families that he doesn't know. I believe you only get one shot at doing the right thing when it comes to the final arraignments of a loved one. (Note* could not post without "star rating" I do not give them a star)
