  Had an appt. for 11:00. It's 1:30 and still haven't been seen. Other people have came in way after we did and have been seen already. Poor poor service

  We had an appointment at 11:00 and we waited for 3 hours just to go back there to check his blood temperature!!!! then we went back to the waiting room!! this place books too many appointments for them to handle!! Poor service!!! movies were great but watched three while we waited!!!!!!!.... never will come back here again!!! Took 4 hours for a 1-1/2 section......... I won't recommend anyone to come here!!!!!!!

  My daughter was referred here by her dentist like two weeks ago I called in to make an appointment because I had missed their call they had left a voicemail to call back they scheduled me an appointment for the next day I was impressed by the fact how fast it was which is a good thing to be honest I was not looking forward to this place because of the negative experiences people has had with this place but to be honest I loved this place the nurses are so sweet my appointment was scheduled for 6 am the lady told me they try to get the babies first which was a good thing because I was the second person getting their kids taken to surgery I didn't have to wait too long at 6 I was in the office because that's the time they open we lasted about 3 hours total in and out wasn't that bad for a surgery and my daughter was doing great after surgery I mean she was not feeling to great because of course she was in surgery but after two hours maxsjes was fine I strongly recommend this place if you don't want your baby to get traumatized. By the dentist they are out to sleep and have no clue hope my review helps honestly best place I've ever been to

  If I could go back in time I would never let my daughter go through with the procedure they suggested. Know what your child was referred for and only allow the Dr to do just that. She ended up with a fever, which on one in the office mentioned. I found out from a high school friend who happen to be there with her daughter. When I called to speak with the nurse about the fevers, she didn't leave me with confidence. The uncertainty in her voice was unbelievable. I questioned if it might have been the janitor who answered my call. For two days I suffered watching my daughter run fevers on the third day she developed an ear infection. DON'T ALLOW THEM TO DO MORE THAN WHAT IS NECESSARY.

  I was completey satisfied with how beautiful the office was, good location, and friendly staff, I recommend this Surgery Center to Anyone, who has a child how is need of dental surgery
