::I drove 7 hours from out-of-state to test drive my dream car ( a 2016 Honda Civic EX-T coupe) at an outstanding price. And the car and the friendly reputation of Friendly Honda was definitely worth the drive there and back. When I first reached out to Friendly they handled my out-of-state situation really well. They even had the paperwork and insurance information ready before I got there so when I bought it we could just focus on the car and price. Now this particular car had just been picked up by the dealership and listed on Carfax so they hadn’t had the chance to perform a full detail on it, which I didn’t mind. I did notice a scrape on the left front bumper (not even noticeable until the car was up on a lift. Just looked like someone clipped it with a curb) and they explained that they would typically have it fixed but that wasn’t really an option because I live so far away. Instead, Bruce and his management team was very reasonable and patient with price negotiation and I got it even cheaper than I thought I would! It’s an awesome car and drives wonderfully. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from Friendly and definitely recommend Bruce, who sold it to me.

::Bought a used very low mileage CRV with which I am very pleased. Everyone was really great at Friendly. When I saw the listing I was in the hospital with my husband. The gal on the phone was able to take a deposit and hold the car until I could get there. Vladimir, the salesman, came in on his day off to complete the sale since it was the only day I could do it. I really appreciated their FRIENDLY service!

::This was my first time shopping for a vehicle. I wanted an SUV and the sales team at Friendly Honda helped me find the vehicle that was right for me. There was absolutely no pressure in buying the vehicle. I was able to take my time and go through the details and paper work on my own. If I had any questions there was always someone available to answer them. Everyone at Friendly Honda works very hard to get you in the right vehicle. More importantly, they don’t sell you something that you really don’t need, but they will teach you about a service or product that you can benefit from, especially when it comes to safety. Highly recommended dealership.

::This is an update to my previous review. I spoke with Veronica And she helped me have a much better experience. I originally had a terrible experience but because of Veronica’s exceptional diligence we reached an agreement to make future visits much better going forward in the future. I’d like to give special acknowledgment to Dan, Taylor and Jim in the service department. Those gentlemen were incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. I will continue to receive services from FRIENDLY HONDA Especially with Dan as he is very sweet and awesome to work with.

::Jess at Friendly Honda was very professional and courteous throughout the whole service experience. She noted all the items I wanted checked after the oil change and tire rotation was done. During the wait we were asked by service team members to change waiting location to outside or head to the showroom. Jess gladly took my phone number as I was not sure where I’d be once the car was done. She called and I was pleasantly surprised at the low wait time. Friendly atmosphere and people like Jess that go the extra effort to make sure everything goes as planned is just one of the reasons why we are Friendly Honda customers!
