  Isabella gave me the best facial. And taught me a lot about my skin and how to keep it healthy! she want above and beyond to deep clean, massage and moisturize my skin. A great experioence!

  Isabella is one of the most knowledgeable aesthetician I have worked with in a long time. Not only she gives you very customized treatment based on your needs, she also will inform you re: your condition, why it is so, and what is the best course to remedy. AND she does NOT push products like other high-end salons do. I always feel welcomed at her spa, and learn more about my skin condition. I have been to several other 'high-end' salons in Seattle before and Isabella's treatment feels most complete and best value. I will highly recommend Isabella to people who are looking for excellent treatment and want to educate themselves re: their skin condition.

  My first experience was great! I felt I was losing weight and losing inches. However, the owner Isabella seriously lacks professionalism and common sense. Her people skills are awful. She is late all the time with lame excuses like "I need to pick up my dog..." or "I'm so sorry traffic is really bad and I wasn't expecting this to happen on an early Monday morning..." blah blah blah. Like she has no common sense. When I arrived to Seattle by her spa I as asked her which building she was in and she asked me to navigate here with my phone. I was very very much annoyed with her lack of common sense and her lack of care with first time customers. And I felt discrimination because I was a Groupon customer instead of a regular. Needless to say I buy Groupons to try out the place before I become a loyal customer and she complained to me that she doesn't make any money from it and I m taking time away from her full priced customers. I felt insulted and disgusted my her words and actions. Although the Sudatonic wrap was great and worked wonders I am giving French Me a bad review because they simply do not care about their customers and they are horrible with customer service. Now that I know that the product works, I will take my business to a different spa that actually has a staff that genuinely cares and are considerate towards their clientele. Thank you.

  I've been getting facials, wraps and spa treatments for the past two decades and I must say Isabella is one of the best! I've been going to her for nearly a year and know she really cares about my skin, my experience, my well-being. She uses wonderful products and is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. I highly recommend Isabella and her services.

  I have had a lot of facials in my life, but she is the best. I always walk away with amazing skin and she has such an aray of treatments, able to tailor to my skins needed. I would highly recommend the sudatonic wrap along with the facial!
