  Terrible customer service at this location i asked to get a declaration page emailed to me for a customer of mine and she took my email address and looked of the customer info and said she would send it over. After waiting about 3 to 4 hours i called back and she ans the phone like she was asleep and said she can not even pull up the page anymore so it must not be processed yet but if that were the case she should have said that earlier. then i asked if she could just verify the info and she kept saying she did not have access to the document yet. I deal with insurance companys everyday because i am in the car business and have always had good service at other places like La Familia insurance , Altima insurance on Berry they are very good and cheaper. A-1 Dependable insurance is also cheap and does everything by email. Just saying alot of other companys out there dont settle for one that is not going to help you when you need it.

  I have experienced the best customer service ever dealing with insurance quotes and options Ms Jamie is outstanding and I will definitely refer freeway to my relatives and friends.
