  THIS COMPANY SELLS DEFECTIVE E-CIGS! DONT BUY FROM HERE. BUY ONLINE OR AT ANOTHER UNAFFILIATED COMPANY! The employees are amazing at this freedom smoke and this review does not reflect their service whatsoever, but the policies created by the owner are not based on customer service... I was sold a defective product that broke 5 minutes after opening. I took it back and the girl who worked with me took care of me and replaced it no problem with the same model ecig. That same model ecig broke days later and I took it back and they stated that the policy was to hold the ecig for 72 hours and test it before they can replace it lol.... I'm more addicted to the ecig than I was to regular cigarettes so I'm not going to wait 72 hours to get a new ecig.... They new the the product was theirs and I believe they should trust me that it is a defective product. I'll buy one more ecig from here and see if the owner gets back to me to make it right.... For a company that sells hardware at margins of approximately 100% profit and juice that's probably over 1000 %profit! I would hope they would have better customer service at those margins...

  Everyone here is always helpful. Choices are endless as they always have rotating blenders choice juice - which are always good btw. They provide tools when you need them. All the staff is proffesional and personable. Dont let anyone tell different - freedom is the bees knees. It sucks buying brand name juice - you cant try it or customize it. At freedom you can do both. Only downside - hardware isnt always as up to date as it could be.. i like the newest stuff! 4.5 if i could.

  I like that they make your juice right on the spot, but the only complaints I have about Freedom Smoke are the hours they're open (because I work late and sometimes can't make it in time) or that, it's a little TOO professional, for instance, I don't need somebody opening the door for me on my way out or way in, I feel smothered, and I don't like that, makes me feel untrusted as a consumer, also, one greeting is plenty. But it's clean, it's nice, but a little unfamiliar. I mean, it's vapor, I'm not there to buy a Bentley. Everybody is so we'll dressed, I'd feel more comfortable with people being able to express themselves. Seems a little much, but, I digress, the service is nice, and quick for blending the juices in house, that's my favorite thing. I just think that they shouldn't try so hard to be professional, and to extend the hours a little.

  You always hear of chick fillet as the hall mark of customer service. These guys on river blow them away. Great store. Great team and great experience every time. You guys rock
