  BUYER B E W A R E !! IF ZERO STARS WERE AN OPTION THAT WOULD BE TOO MANY! BROWNELL IS A THIEF AND THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS FULL OF POORLY TRAINED TECHNICIANS WHO ARE A FAR CRY FROM MASTER MECHANIC STATUS.

  STAY AWAY!! RICK BROWNELL IS A THIEF!! My mother, who is a senior citizen and a long time customer, recently bought a Ford Fusion that had to be seen 3 times within a 4 week period after only 200 miles. On none of those occasions could their incompetent, poorly paid and poorly trained technicians (not mechanics) find, let alone fix, the problems. Despite being handed a report from a master mechanic explaining the problems, Brownell still denied there was any issue at all so as not to take responsibility. Btw, the master mechanic, who made the report, was not permitted under the terms of the warranty to effect repairs. Fast forward, my mother had to get rid of that lemon and buy a different car from Healy losing nearly $10,000 in the process. IF THIS IS HOW BROWNELL AND FREEDOM FORD TREAT THEIR LONGTIME CUSTOMERS, IMAGINE WHAT THEY MIGHT DO TO YOU SHOULD YOU NEED THEM TO LIVE UP TO THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES!?!? No wonder their lot is looking more like a junk yard than a dealership!! As I said, "STAY AWAY!!"

  The parts department helped me out. I was looking from Windshield wipers blades for my Fusion. They had them and at a better price then Amazon. These were hard to find, the local auto part did not have them and Walmart did not have them. I appreciate they did not rise the price because Ford made this a specialty item vs off the shelf item.
