  I just love this store! Actually I love the whole shopping plaza but this Free People was the Jewel in the Crown. After a long day of shopping I was greeted by the sweetest sales girl! She introduced herself as Sabrina, welcomed me to the store and proceeded to give me a tour. She was so enthusiastic and pleasant. I could have not felt more welcome!

  This store is okay... it’s small, typical Free People. Some really cute things sometimes but overall nothing special. If you see something online- it most likely will not be in stock. I have shopped at Free People for years- back when it was a tiny store upstairs at North Park mall. Their clothes have always been edgy and had a unique look, but I’m so tired of the low quality, crazy sizing and over priced merchandise. A size zero could measure at a size 6 or vise versa. In general, it’s just not worth the hassle.

  No go for me on this location. It was super hot in the stores and flies flying all around. I guess they didn't have the air on. That's a huge no no during Texas summer. The associates were rude. They mostly sat behind the register and not acknowledge you unless you have something in your hand. They don't really have any of the newer styles here. I wouldn't waste time going here.

  I was going to purchase from this Free People store. But there was a small dog that came from the back, barked at me and followed me through the store. One of the workers in the store did get the dog then proceeded to put the dog on the counter where the register is and where customers would put the clothes being purchased. I can no longer purchase from this store, having a dog in a store is not sanitary. Customers could be allergic to dogs or afraid of dogs. This store completely lost our business.

  I love their clothes and wanted to pick up a few things for a weekend trip, so I was very disappointed when at the Fort Worth location, after stepping inside, an associate rushed to inform me they were closed and ushered me out. I pointed out the website still said 9, she said "we've changed our hours and they haven't updated them yet." Okay, I understand that happens... So I get that happens, and I suppose the new closing time is 8? Still this was at 7:51pm. Hmmm..I wonder if the Fort Worth location just closes when it pleases?
