I'm not a fan of the redhead. I don't know how many redheads they have, but I don't like the one who worked December 6th 2016, Tuesday evening. Her attitude isn't made for customer service. Please have her brush up on her customer service skills before I cuss her out next time.

My experience has been very positive. The staff I worked with were professional and helpful.

The rude lady told me it is my responsibility to call the doctor for pills to be filled when my doctor told me different. Hate that place. I give them negative 100 stars.

Experiences at the gateway Fred Meyer pharmacy have been, to put it kindly, absolutely terrible. Defects ran the gamut of incorrectly billing insurance (multiple incidents, while blaming insurance for pharmacy staff errors), failing to track, acknowledge, or adequately process prior-authorization expirations (again blaming someone else for their errors, while introducing multi-week delays in paperwork processing), and billing insurance for VERY time-sensitive prescriptions (just hours before closing) but which the pharmacy didn't have in stock (preventing it from being filled elsewhere). My most recent phone call took almost 10 minutes. With a bulk of the time consumed by pharmacy staff being unable to find my information in their systems. This was despite staff correctly hearing, understanding, and reading back my last name and birthdate...this went on 4-5 times, as staff tried again and again to find me within their systems. Only when staff said "well, I guess our manager will know who you are". Only after I pointed out that I'd been regularly filling monthly prescriptions for years, were staff finally able to find me. This alone has be seriously questioning the quality, consistency, and availability of basic customer information. I thought they were supposed to have systems which caught dangerous drug interactions...and now I'm left wondering how effective that "system" could really be. My 2nd most recent prescription refill required a full two weeks from initial request to medication pickup availability: three (3) days were needed for Dr/Insurance paperwork shuffles, with the remaining time sucked up by Fred Meyer Pharmacy errors and omissions. During the delays, many conversations were necessary between insurance, Drs Office, pharmacy staff and myself. The overall experience was a massive waste of time, and I found it quite disappointing; the necessity of correcting Fred Meyer pharmacy staff on so many basic facets of a prescription refill process. ...and the final straw was tonight: I'm trying to fill a prescription that I've taken for years, to treat a congenital condition, for which there is no know cure...only treatment. They're refusing the dosage as prescribed by my doctor, which has been unchanged for years. This harassment is inexcusable.

Asked the pharmacists a simple question, "will it be ready today?" For some reason she was not able to explain to me if it was or not, and told me to leave. Terrible customer service and very rude.
