  the lady that answers the phone was extremely rude to myself and my realtor. i have a deadline and she said it would be fine at first and when i called back she blew me off. not a great first impression for the face of the company. still dont have my estimate either

  Very professional organization! The previous owners had a leak and bolted a 2X4 on the roof and put caulk around it so it would not leak. There was also need for a replacement heater vent, busted shingles, and gutter work. The price was very reasonable! The crew was very professional and worked very hard to remedy the issues. I will only use this company when I need a new roof cause I can just tell they have integrity by the way they have operated for 30 years in business.

  We got Mr. Morris to check our roof. He was very kind, and told us we have to wait to get the estimate. It took ONE WEEK! Unbelievable! And we had to be calling every day to ask for it. They ask us to sign the report, so they can give us a date to do the job. We did it, and now we are calling to get the date, but the woman who answer, and was very rude, just said that the repair department will contact us. I ask her if they could do it as soon as possible, and she just repeated her words. Such a ... The worst company I've ever contacted.
