  Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. We arrived after closing while they were unloading new furniture. They welcomed us into the store to look around and encouraged us to stay as long as we liked. Great prices and frequently rotating stock.

  I recently was in the market for a sofa and love seat. In visiting Fran's I was shocked how expensive they were. The quality of product is low. All of their bedroom furniture is vaneer all wood furniture (MDF/Plywood) quality. The memory foam mattresses are mostly boyd( which comes in a box) but priced like they are equivalent to a tempurpedic. The living room sets were way over priced. Example was a sofa and love seat that they wanted 799 and I found the same one at American Freight for 599! Then I found the same one at Trifecta Bedding for 550 and also at Overflow Furniture for 550. I was amazed at how over priced their furniture was. I understand overhead, have to pay employees etc. But don't try to make all your money off one customer.
