  They are attentive. They fixed everything my bike needed in less time than I was given. And they have a great sense of humor.

  BS junky unwelcoming place stay away. Go to the bike shop near Clinton and Delancey way nicer and cleaner.

  Bicyclettes de location complète avec antivol pour un prix compétitif.malgré un accident avec une voiture ayant abîmé pédales et roues,monsieur Frank n'a rien demandé en compensation et s'est préoccupé de l'état de santé de chacun.un peu plus qu'un simple commerçant ,un grand monsieur.nous recommandons pour qui réside dans le lower east side.Thank you sire!

  Purchased a used bike here well above market price. I had to show the sales rep how cheap the bike was NEW online just to get him down to that price. I still decided to buy the bike here to support a local business. Anyway, I was told that I could return the bike within 30 days if I didn't like it. Bike didn't really suit my needs and the gears were clunky and didn't really work. So I came back after 6 days to return the bike and the owner tried to give me about half of what I paid for it ($125). After haggling he finally gave me $175 (I paid $200). Read all the fine print before buying here!
