  From the first call, the company was very professional. The crew that came to clean the carpet, was extremely friendly. They did a greet job cleaning the carpets. Brought things to my attention that I know other companies would not of. I would use Franklin Carpets Care again and look forward to.

  Carpet Cleaners were friendly and courteous. True professionals know their work and did it right, in detail, efficient and quick. Finally, Franklin Carpets Care gave me a follow-up phone call to inform me the invoice adjustment due to miscalculation. I was so impressed for his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend this company for its excellent customer service
