  Not pleased. We come to this bakery maybe once a month simply on location, but there dessert is mediocore. To top it off on our most recent visit the women helping us was basically drunk, and dropped our first brownie onto the counter and tried to give it to us, and then fingered the next brownie to the point where I gave my husband my card and walked out.

  Very dissatisfied! Bought a birthday cake for my wife. 40dollars...... Cake looked great. Got it home and put it out for everyone. Pudding filling was in a clump in the middle of cake (what a mess) and the icing was so inedibly sweet that no one ate it. I called this morning and asked to speak to someone in charge and they hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else. They told me that is the way the cake is supposed to be and that she can't promise me that anything would be done about it but if I wanted to bring it in late afternoon and show it to them I can, my call. I called in the morning. I guess they are not interested in any more new customers. It's a shame having grown up in a time when customers mattered to a business, but I guess that's why they say it's not like the old days. I will not return. PS .Therr was no cake in this cake Wish I could attach a photo before I throw this thing out but not sure how.

  Desserts are great. Prices are a little steep. But you have to go to Brooklyn to find anything comparable.

  Love this bakery. Been around forever. Polite staff and great quality food
