  This dealership was top notch didn’t expect it at all. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I purchased what I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, he was so professional and was in no way pushy. After I decided on the car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. Mike made me feel like family by the end of the whole process. I would recommend Franks motor cars (Mike in particular) to anyone who is looking for a awesome experience and great vehicle.   Amazing experience! i was contacted by Mike as soon as i inquired about a vehicle on car gurus and he responded back to me immediately. Very professional and knowledgeable helped me make a choice without me even going there yet. I recommend asking for Mike he was very helpful and straightforward with every question i had asked. Will make the 3 hour trip up see you guys soon.

  Margie provided me with OUTSTANDING service and support and calmed and addressed every concern I had since I was coming from 190 miles away. She was 100% honest, great to talk to, made sure she followed up immediately with requested photos, documents, etc. and she dotted every i and crossed every t. I was able to drive down and back with all legal & proper paperwork on the same day thanks to Margie’s superb knowledge of doing out of state transactions. I had an overall great experience with Margie & Frank Motorcars dealership and absolutely love my new vehicle. I would highly recommend both Margie and dealership in a heartbeat as both were very well organized and very efficient. Vehicle and experience was way better than I had expected!   I stop by Frank motor car about two weeks ago. They didn’t have the car I needed they told me that they would follow up with me in two days. I truly thought that they wouldn’t call me back. But they did they kept there promise which not every dearlship does. At Frank motor car they are truly honest people very caring friendly people. They will do their all in helping you get your dream car. If you looking for a car you should come and stop at Frank Motor Car. A huge thanks to Frank Motor Team. Today I walk out happy with my car and perfect monthly payments. 😃

  Frank Motorcars know cars because it's obvious they love cars! They have an excellent inventory of nice and desirable vehicles at the Elmwood Park location and a stupendous choice of even more great cars at the Patterson location. The salesmen are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I got a very fair deal on an older car with crazy low miles. Frank Motorcars had replaced the torn and worn-out front seats which was an unexpected bonus. I am very pleased with my purchase and with the entire shopping experience. Though I live 6 hours away, I will definitely make the trek to Frank Motorcars the next time I need a car - I have great respect for these guys because they treated me with respect. Thank You!
