  They did a good job, even if it was an emergency. It is maybe a bit pricy but still better than the other shops around.

  They did some body work on my Mazda 3. They were friendly, professional, and reasonable. I will (and have) go there again (luckily not for the same issue!)

  With Frank's auto it's like having a mechanic uncle you can go to to have reliable and great work done at an honest price. I will always go here to have service done on my car.

  Frank and his guys are incredible. I live a few blocks away and drop in with my car for repairs/ service as necessary. Frank always has me in and out the door as quickly as possible and is incredibly patient with my bad explanations of issues (i.e. "its making a noise from the front somewhere"). Prices are always fair, service is fast and professional. Would 100% recommend them to anyone in the DC
