  Chef Franco and his staff put on a five course dinner at my house for a small party. It was fabulous! From the moment they arrived, they were kind, professional and respectful. The staff took care of EVERYTHING and my wife and I didn't have to lift a finger. The house looked the same when they left, as it did when they arrived. The menu was well thought out and the food was excellent! The staff would take the time describe each dish as it was brought out and were very attentive. They did not rush us and made sure that we were relaxing and having a good time. When it was time for dessert, Chef Franco brought out the liquid nitrogen and it was a show stopper for our guests. Chef Franco and his staff were very personable and we all had a blast! I would highly recommend using Chef Franco for an event!

  My company orders from Franco Vitella Catered Affairs and we absolutely love it. The food is great, the staff is very friendly, and they are always on time. I highly recommend trying them out, you won't be disappointed!
