  Frances cut my hair yesterday. This morning my wife said, "That's the best haircut you've ever had. You can't go anywhere else." I'm just glad that I agreed with her.

  We were visiting from out of town, and my fiancé needed a major hair cut. We took a chance with Francis and were super happy with the result!

  Hands down the worst place I've ever gotten a haircut in NOLA. I've had students that have given me a better haircut. I came in with around 4 inches of hair, asked for my hair to remain full but off the ears. The haircut I received was similar to what I got while in the military. He doesn't listen. He talked too much.
