  I’m sure the gelato is great but we left after the old lady working the place started demeaning the two younger employees in front of the customers. We were standing in what we thought was a line behind another family when the old lady came and told us to move over next to the counter. My husband started ordering for my daughter and the lady came back over and ask us if we were with him. I said yes and she told us to go stand over by the door where we were just standing! So I told her “ you just told us to stand over here” So she starts telling the 2 young girls (who were doing a fine job until she came over to micromanage) how to wait on the customer but she was totally inappropriate. I would have quit if I were those two girl! What a witch! Do not ever treat your employees with such disrespect it’s a total turn off. We paid for 1 gelato and left without 3 more orders because I refuse to give business to a company that lets their employees be treated that way! This was Saturday 5-26-18 at about 12:45pm.

  when Gelato is an option always get the coffee kind, you can never go wrong. Having been to europe it was so good but what ever strawberry thing i got since there were only to option tastes like melted and refrozen ice cream gross. I payed $4.50 which isn't bad for the amount I paid a lot more while in europe for gelato.

  Great customer service and awesome gelato! Had one of the Oreo whiskey shakes! Our card wouldnt work since we were outnof town..got our drink on the house! Great customer service!

  Very disappointed with the way we were treated. Wanted to buy 3slices of pizza 45 minutes before the posted closing time. The staff said we couldn't sit down because she was preparing to close! We sat outside the booth area. Though the pizza was good, we were asked how much longer we would be. So we were unable to finish! Not the way we wanted to end our day in San Antonio! Too bad!
