  By far one of the best gyms in the DFW, brand new, great environment and amazing machines. Loved it.

  Absolutely love this gym. The owners are super awesome and friendly. They even remembered my husband's birthday and said happy birthday as he walked into the gym. The equipment is effective and there's so much to do to get a great efficient workout in. They don't have supervised children care but they do have an enclosed fully glassed in area for kiddos to hang out in. There's a TV, bean bag chairs and a small couch. There's a locker room with showers. They will eventually have an outdoor workout area and a sand Venice Beach "old school" workout area. They have classes, crossfit style equipment, free weights, various cardio equipment and a large variety of workout equipment including 2 deadlift platforms.

  This is a great comfortable place to work out, but it's all about the people the owners/operators are family and they make you feel like family as soon as you walk in, love that you can work out outside when the weather suits. The equipment is top notch I consider this place a boutique Gym ..dont let the power lifters intimidate you this is a family run gym and it is awesome.
