  Very poor customer service. We walked in and were not greeted or acknowledged. Workers took their sweet time between clients and were conversing amongst each other, taking photos and on their phones instead of tending to waiting customers. My sister and I were the only non-Hispanics in the salon, and they made us feel as though they only wanted to serve their own. Unprofessional at best.

  I went 1 week and paid the price posted a particular service and went two weeks later and was charged five dollars more for the same service. All the signs posted and business card said the lower price but I was randomly being charged another. Some one else had a similar complaint. Both times I went on the weekend.

  The price posted for a manicure & peficure was $14.99 but I was charged $23.00. They said $14.99 was the price on Mon, Tues & Wed. but the sign DID NOT STATE THAT ANYWHERE!

  The ONLY reason I don't give this place 5 stars is because they don't do appointments, other than that I'm really satisfied with the treatment from the workers here...so friendly and attentive. Basically two girls do nails here,,and every one else does the mani pedis..My girl Leo does my nails perfect, and if i bring her a design I want she literally nails it! Happy Customer 💅 🇵🇷

  I waited a really long time to get my manicure and pedicure. There were only 3 women working and I guess only one of them did tips so she focused on that. They did a good job even though they were super slow. If you go here be prepared to wait. They don’t take customers after 6:30pm
