  The hotel is slightly dated, so when you first pull up you might feel a little disappointed, but the staff more than makes up for it and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Deidra, at the front desk is awesome! She is friendly and efficient and the same can be said for all the staff. The hotel is in a great location right across from the Royals and Chiefs stadium complex.

  Ate dinner at the in house restaurant. Food was good and my drink was made well. The staff was friendly and professional, especially our server Arnaz.The manager stopped by several times to make sure we were having a great dining experience. I believe her name was Lindsay and she had a beautiful smile on her face the whole time I was there. I would recommend to my friends and family.

  An acceptable stay. Very convenient to highways and stadiums. Overall a decent stay but our room in particular, the shower didn't drain well and located on the bottom floor could easily hear passing car, people and music from the parking lot. The on-site restaurant is all Boulevard brewing, which not being from the area I really enjoyed some great beers that I can't normally get. Room was affordable on non game night. Staff was friendly and helpful. The entrance off the road is kind of strange and easy to miss thinking it's the driveway for the fast food and gas stations located in front.

  The room was clean. I got the opportunity to meet a nice panhandler right outside the front door, and was entertained with the tale of how he had $25 towards an $85 bus ticket to Chicago. Although I enjoyed his recital of how he was there for work but fired for no reason, I chose to not finance his venture and I bid him good day. The first night I thought the staff were a little rude but after my time in kc, I am lead to believe they were the sweetest folks in town. On a serious note both stadiums are in view of the balcony. The place is close to attractions and I would recommend it to a friend.

  The room exceeded my expectations. It was clean and had all of the amenities a woman needs...including a strong stream shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion...extra towels and even a hairdryer. The room service did a great job, too. The pillows and bed were super comfortable. And the front desk was personable and efficient. I'm definitely staying again.
