  Beautiful hotel. The location is great but getting in and out of here at certain times of the day was painful! Traffic is congested in this area. The pool was closed but the workout facilities were fine. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

  The employees were awesomely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The food was mediocre, we ate there once but there are so many other places to eat. The location is great! We were able to avoid the interstate in able to get around. I will stay here again when we get back here to Houston.

  Nice and very clean. Large room with a king. Friendly staff, stylish decor. Pretty comfy bed. Lots of noise from the highway on the 9th floor. Next time I come up for an appointment, I'll see if there is a room available on the other side of hotel.

  The location was easy to find and right off the freeway. Very easy to get to everything we needed. The room was clean and moderately equipped. Great water pressure! The bathroom door didn't close, the bathroom didn't have a fan, one of the lamps didn't work. Excellent service at the desk, and the lobby was really lovely

  Das Four Points by Sheraton in Houston ist alles in allem wirklich ein zufriedenstellendes Hotel und wirklich empfehlenswert für junge Reisende, die etwas mehr Komfort und Sauberkeit wollen als in einem typisch amerikanischen Hostel. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns der kostenlose Fahrservice (bis 3 Meilen), mit dem man die Lücken des Houstoner öffentlichen Verkehrssystems ausfüllen kann. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit großen, bequemen Betten, Fernseher und einem sauberen Bad. Einzig und allein hat ein Kühlschrank gefehlt, um Essen dort zu lagern oder Getränke kalt zu stellen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Falls man den Fahrservice nicht nutzen kann oder möchte, dann ist vieles auch mit den Bussen der Metro zu erreichen. Eine Fahrt ist dabei mit $1.25 sehr günstig und die Haltestelle ist auch einfach per Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem: wir zwei Mädels können es echt empfehlen, für jeden der ein kleineres Budjet hat und trotzdem in einem schönen Hotel übernachten möchte.
