  Unlike other big airlines the staff here was really helpful and up to task. They directed me to the right places to clear my as shipment as a first time customer. Afterward they got my pallet on under 5 minutes. Awesome.... I have been at lufthansa, British air, icland, air china, it was like pulling teeth. Here - a brezze. Thank you Forward!
