::The owners son is incredibly rude. Always talking crazy when we call. I finally had to stop ordering from there. Rice tastes stale and is hard. Food smells as if they're using chemicals to cook them in. Wontons used to be amazing now they taste strange.

::This place was Great!! Finally found a Chinese delivery place that my wife and I can agree on. The delivery did take a while, but they were very courteous and apologized that it hadn't arrived yet. It did in the next 5 minutes and was great. I don't mind waiting for my food if it's that good. Glad we took the chance after looking at the reviews!

::I’ve tried multiple different Chinese restuarants in the Saint Paul and Minneapolis area. The delivery service and the customer service at Fortune Wok on University and Fairview is by far The Best. I ordered delivery at this location and to my surprise; it arrived on time Nice and Hot. The Food was Phenomenal and I would recommend it 100%. I am definitely ordering again Next Week!! House Special Soup with Lo mien noodles. Yumm:)

::Fortune Wok is incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate. I ordered over an hour and a half ago, and they said they couldn’t find my order until I had to make it clear that it was Grubhub. Then they said I would have to wait 30min for it at least. Never once did they apologize, and kept on making excuses for why I shouldn’t be upset that my food had not been prepared yet to even be delivered.

::The food is amazing, I have nothing bad to say about the food. In fact the food is so good that I still go there despite the terrible customer service. I’ve wait 2-3 hours for deliveries. I’ve waited an hour in the restaurant to pick up. I’ve been hung up on. I’ve been told my food was on its way, had it arrive an hour later(still hot somehow). My advice: order it when you plan to eat later, Don’t be offended if they are rude and enjoy the delicious food.
