  Not a great experience with the funeral home. Felt rushed through. Rude employees. Short haired white lady with glasses actually rolling her eyes while directing cars where to go. Took 9 days before they could bury my granny due to a “back up”. Wish they would’ve squared away the details of how things should run prior to the service (asking family questions about whether casket should be open or closed during service, and whether family wants to see casket lowered should happen before day of when people are not in a decision making state). We were not given funeral cards which were ordered and paid for and received a blank guest book instead of one used the day of. I don’t think they even inquired to her fingernail color and put something bright coral on her which seems minor but threw us all since my granny was more of a mauve, soft pink kind of lady. Some of this seems petty but for funerals, I think the devil is in the details and for as much money is paid out, the little things, especially pertaining to the way a loved one looks, is so important.

  We laid our mom to rest yesterday at Fort Lincoln next to our Father, I was pleased to see the conditions of the cemetery were so much better from what I remember years ago, it's a huge undertaking caring for this very large cemetery and there were worker's everywhere keeping the grounds cut and trimmed, people were friendly and curtious and I really appreciate that, keep up the good work! Thanks

  We have 2 double lots we need to sell. Ft. Lincoln will NOT buy them back . Called 3 X and got no help. Finally emailed from website and a wonderful person Candice Jackson provided us with information on how to transfer / sell plots.

  My Mother in law purchased a fully paid insurance policy for her son at Ft Lincoln back in 1996, however, when it came time to bury our deceased, the Funeral Home could not locate the "Goods and Services" document stating what had been paid for. Therefore, we had to pay the difference between what the insurance company paid and the amount of the funeral and burial. The reason they gave us was that the previous owners of the funeral home had destroyed old files. Now why would they destroy files for living persons who had a policy with them. Make sure if you use this funeral home you get it all in black and white before you sign any documents, especially if you prepaying for a funeral. In our case, it was 21 years later and all records were gone??
