  I currently have a storage here,not happy faulty locks I am still unable to access my things I have a credit on my account that which I cannot get a refund,company policy. As soon as my credit expires I'm going to take my business elsewhere and I suggest that you Look else( Fort Knox)

  Over all the service is great but this African Woman is lazy and wont help the customers. I tried to pay my bill today, 4-3-2018 and insisted that I gave her the wrong unit number. I took it off the reminder notice that was sent to me. She simply blew me off. I showed her my CA ID but she indicated that she needed to take it. I told her she could take what information on the id she needed. She blew me off again and went back top her computer to play with the internet. Useless human being.

  Short hours and they will give you a good rate coming in, but will raise it every chance they can. I moved out and back in months later to get my rent down and they just raised it $11 a month again. As stated in previous post, it is clean and well ran.

  The manager was engaging, gave me direct answers and anticipated my needs. He is a cool guy to deal with and runs a smooth operation. Access to the facility has been easy, which helps with my overloaded schedule. I also appreciate that the facility is maintainedand clean.
