  I've worked with Melissa, Elijah and HanChing. All stellar therapists, recently HanChing provided a truly therapeutic 90 min session. Melissa was also essential in relieving a trigger point in my back that was keeping me from sleeping due to pain, and in a 30 min session.

  I was in town for a wedding recently and was in need of a massage. I am so glad I came across Form and Function and Elijah. I regularly receive massage treatments in New York City and have gotten massages all over the world on my travels. My session with Elijah was definitely one of the very best I have ever experienced in my lifetime. The space itself is very clean and the therapy rooms are equipped with high quality massage tables that are very comfortable. Elijah took his time at the beginning to get to know my background and problem spots. From there, he worked his magic going meticulously through my entire body and really concentrating on the areas that were particularly tight. The techniques he used made it clear he was well-versed in massage therapy. I felt incredibly refreshed immediately following the end of the massage. So much so that I booked Elijah for an appointment the following week as I just so happened to be in town again for a friend's bachelor party. I wish I could find someone with Elijah's skills in NYC for my regular massage appointments!

  I Had a 90 minute massage with HanChing and it was absolutely amazing! She used the perfect amount of pressure and I left feeling totally relaxed after a long day of flying to Austin, Texas yesterday! I would totally recommend form + function massage!

  I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Elijah. I would recommend this studio and will definitely go back. Elijah was easy to talk to and very relaxed. He helped identify some problem areas where I was tense, but didn't know it. Arrived with a stiff upper back and neck. Next day, my range of motion is back.

  My friend and I planned a girls birthday trip and I stumbled upon Form + Function...when I say this was a spiritual experience, I'm not even slightly kidding! As we waltzed through an old frame shop a door opened--into the mirage that is Form + Function. Elijah was incredibly friendly and helped us feel relaxed before our session. The staff as a unit were really communicative and I felt like they adapted to all of our needs. A lot of local art work and decorative pieces lined the walls. When it came time for my session, Elijah's massage skills were out of this world and I quietly pondered if I had enough money to keep me on the table for the rest of the day. All day I pretty much thought about that, even after I left. As a teacher and someone on my feet constantly-- I feel so much more in tune with my body and feel recharged for this upcoming week! I will most certainly drive back to Texas to experience this again!!
