  I love Forge Hot Yoga on Alberta. Everyone there and all the teachers are top notch. Hot yoga has helped me feel so much stronger and more vibrant. I am so happy found a yoga studio that makes me want to practice more and more. I highly reccamend checking them out if you havent already.

  Wanted to go some yoga while I was visiting Portland. I can across the 6:30 Monday hot yoga class for beginners. It was the best class I've taken. Friendly and educated staff. Best way to stretch out a tight back after a couple plane rides.

  One of 3 FANTASTIC studios! I have been to all three Forge Yoga studios and each of them offer a fantastic experience. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. At Forge Yoga you will find not only a wide variety of yoga offerings, but some of the most expert yoga teachers anywhere.
