::I picked up some very nice things from sale here for a fraction of the cost. The sales staff is just wonderful it still is very well kept up you could not be any place else. Lloyd Center is a beautiful place to shop.

::If I could give this location a 0 I would have. My family and I have shopped at Lloyd Center for decades. We went in today to browse and were followed around the store the entire 20 minutes we were there. Most of the other shoppers were not people of color and they were not being watched. I have been to and purchased from dozens of your locations around the country and have never had this experience until today. I recommend that a different loss prevention strategy be put in place here and that you retrain your associates to refrain from this discriminatory practice. Ethnicity is not a precursor for criminal activity.

::One of the employees there, I think her name was Kelly, is so incredibly rude to me every single time my friends and I have gone to the store. She treats her customers like dirt and it ruins the Forever21 experience for me. At least the store is always pretty organized and the other employees are kind!
