::Cashier signed me up for a "rewards card" that was actually a CREDIT card. I asked several times and was told that NO it was NOT a CREDIT CARD. I asked why they needed my social and was told it was because the sign up was the same for rewards and for visa. Well now I have a credit card I don't want, a hard inquiry I don't want, and a store I will NEVER SHOP AT AGAIN. Cashier name was Stephanie. Do not let her ring you up!!!

::I applied for a part time job here and was unaware the hiring process took so long. Here I am almost 3 weeks later and the manager, Stephanie, who is extremely rude, just cancelled my application because I was rude and had a tone, which I did not. I was being very patient as I needed this job. I would not recommend applying for a job here. Neither would I reccomend shopping here. Nothing is in it's right place and no one knows where anything is. It's a mess.

::Their customer service is absolutely terrible. No one at the fitting room to get you in a room and when you try to walk to one after standing there for 10 minutes they run at you like you're breaking the law. Trying to work with the people at the register was even worse. Couldnt process a return or exchange from an online purchase and didnt know what to do. Was very short with his response when he got an answer and then didnt even have the number to call to figure it out, grabbed my stuff and put it on the back counter then helped the next person.... uhhhh... excuse me? Way to make someone feel super unwelcome. I also Wasn't asked one time walking through the store for an hour if i needed help with finding anything. I will not be shopping here ever again after today's treatment.

::Cluttered, but to be expected from forever 21. I feel like this store might be too big to actually be able to find good deals or something you want. I usually don't purchase anything because I can't find what I want. Last time I bought something here the cashier was rude.
