  Employees could be more helpful definitely but I did ask a girl a question and she was super nice and helpful

  Don’t expect quality here, but staff is friendly and helpful and the place is always organized. Cheap prices and cute accessories are always attainable here. Trendy clothing store.

  I was shopping at forever21 today. my daughter had started school clothes shopping. We were inside store and I asked my daughter if she had brought her student ID to get her student discount? She replied no. I started getting upset at my daighter and told her to put all her items back since we would not Be able to get the discount. Then an employee heard me and was like, it's okay I can acomadaye the discount for you, go ahead and keep shopping. She then told me her name was Jenny and just let the cashier know that I accomadated the coupon, and that she was the store manager. That's was extremely nice of her to do. We were going to leave a full bag of merchandise instead we left spending $145 thanks to her. The rest of the staff was great as well.
