  I checked out the two story location off camelback! Super clean and cute and the staff was very helpful.

  Everything is always so neat and organized. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I like how there's always new clothes and shoes how you can always find your size. My favorite store.

  Went into Forever 21 -Town & Country and was being helped by Angela and she was RUDELY told in front of a CUSTOMER not to help me "What are you doing in this area; I want you over there"???? Uh, hello- I asked her to help me.... What kind of manager, Janeth, are you? Instead of scolding your employee, how about praising her for a job well done! Thanks ANGELA...

  Horrible customer service. I tried to return an item with original tags and in perfect condition for another item in the store because this was the wrong size. The person behind the register, an older gentleman was very rude and nasty and refused to help in anyway. Now I have an item that is the wrong size that I will never wear because this person chose to not help me. I will never shop in the store again and will make sure to tell others not to shop in this location as well. I also work at Facebook and I’m going to make a huge deal on social media about this location because customer should never be treated the way this person treated me. I was wearing a business suit on a way to a business meeting, not like I was some scrubby person trying to take advantage of their business. I probably would have spent well over what the first item cost that I purchased . I was just trying to find something that I liked that fit. The circle of people I hang out with barely accept that I shop at forever 21 as it is and I was on the fence about continuing to give them my business. Even with negativity from friends around me about shopping there, but this definitely sealed the deal of me no longer doing business with forever 21. If I could give zero stars I would!
