  God forbid you be black trying to shop here. First of all parking is terrible after finally finding a parking spot I go to buy a few items. Paid for all of the items I brought. As I walk out of the door the alarm on my bag beeps along with other customers exiting the store at the same time ( they happen to be white) both of our bags triggered an alarm but the security guard only searched my bag.After searching my bag and looking at my receipt he then proceeds to tell me to go to another forever 21 employee who searched my bag and found two sensors that were left inside of the jeans shorts that I purchased. My first initial thought is why didn’t the person who rung up the items not notice the sensors and remove them? Why was I told to go to another employee after security already searched the bag once. I will acknowledge that The employee said that he was “sorry about that”. I’m upset because I felt humiliated and embarrassed and I wasn’t even stealing. I’m even more upset because the security guard did not do the same routine with the other customers exiting the store who triggered an alarm as well that is a form of discrimination. It’s depressing being black in America when ppl are constantly assuming the worst and treating you as if you are a criminal when in fact you trying to live your best life. This situation should have never happened I was inconvenienced and embarrassed as a result I will no longer shop here.

  This store is across the street from my work, and I struggle. Every. Day. To walk past it 😂 HUGE HUGE store, with a nice plus sized section upstairs, and an okay work out attire section upstairs as well; downstairs is mostly women's clothing, but there is a section for men's clothing - and there's usually some kind of sale, so it's always worth it to go check it out if you're in dire need of a particular garment. It's also just a beautiful place to shop! There are HUUUUGE windows, and there's just so much space! I feel like I'm in a building in NY when I'm there. Need a retail therapy? GO. BE.

  Dressing rooms should have a bench or chair or hooks on both sides of the stalls. Some of the clothes are hung really high so you can't reach them easily to find your correct size. They use to have the upstairs dressing rooms and cashier's not sure but today o ly downstairs was active. Need more stylish plus size items in store versus online and more 0s and 1x and not just 2x and 3x.

  I was here with my girlfriend and she loves shopping. This store was perfect for her. It has three levels and is very big. Has everything you could be looking for! They had great deals too! Also pretty good service.
