  I would not recommend this place at all. My family had a very bad tragedy that we've had never had to experience something like this. My brother-in-law passed a year ago tragically and we put some fake beautiful flowers and I get it solar lights it's a no but the fake flowers that look real com-on they threw everything away without letting us know or getting it back. Personally I don't think they even threw it away I think they took it and the way everything was the day of the burial was rushed. Also they have a sign in the front about decorations and my friend she followed what the sign said and come to find out they had gotten what she put on her husband's site that passed this year and threw it away and when she talked to someone that told her it was ok they acted like they didn't know what she was talking about. So she demanded that he go get it from the trash and give it back to her and also her husband's burial was rushed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Everything was really rushed and they just want money. And God doesn't like ugly that's why this place flooded.

  It's insane how many loose ends we were left with at the end of the arrangement conference. Then, at the end of my grandfather's visitation period, visitation staff actually came into the chapel and told us we had to leave, that they were closed and that if we didn't leave, they'd have us arrested for trespassing. I wish I could give no stars. update:Upon a visit to the cemetery, to visit my grandfather's grave, the headstone that was PRE-PURCHASED in the 70s and "ORDERED" in JULY still is not placed. Furthermore, there was a hole the size of a damn bowling ball from maybe a gopher or rabbit (grounds staff said that it was an air bubble from heavy rains experienced a COUPLE OF WEEKS earlier and that the ground WAS STILL SETTLING). Bro, a)google is free, don't think anyone can't fact check that claim and b)if it's wildlife, it's wildlife (in the middle of southeast Houston, go figure), but for safety's sake, just fill in the damn hole.

  I attended a burial here and I was in such dismay. I could not believe this place had the audacity to begin prepping the grave site while family and friends were grieving. You can not mourn in peace with the loud machinery. And the workers here were so rude, we were pushed aside to make room for the tractors. I have never attended a burial and everything not be set up. This is so unprofessional and I am disgusted! I will not recommend this place to anyone. Do your research!

  My father and brother passed in 2015. We were recommended to this facility by a family friend. Things went smoothly until after my brother was buried. Our family ordered and paid for his custom headstone. Here we are 2 years later and still no headstone. We have made numerous attempts to reach a GM or director and have gotten nowhere. We have asked for a refund and were told no refund was available, even though they never ordered it. Caution please be careful here, even though we understand a losing a loved one can be a difficult time, do some research when considering this place. Check the BBB!
