  Current tenant going on a second day with NO HOT WATER with rental office blaming it on an “emergency shutdown from the city of Newark.” In addition, my bathroom sink and tub are clogged. I have called maintenance to come fix the issue. It is resolved for a week and then clogging starts again. Advice to management: if you would like to keep tenants here, ensure that problems are not fixed temporarily but permanently. Also, there is no valid reason as to why we are living in inhumane conditions. I am unable to shower without hot water!!!!!

  The area is gorgeous! However, the walls are paper-thin. I hear everything in this apartment even my downstairs neighbors! A few tenants have had problems with roaches and I, myself, have seen a few water bugs that come from the basement in my apartment! I suggest you understand these conditions before you move in. I can’t wait to find something better!

  Lots of friends and enjoyment ending a good day. Expect to call and a waiting list. You have to have your credit up to date and very good and have to forms of ID's

  Good community to race families and we have a great public transportation near us who lived in this great community. I've been living in Forest Hills my 19th birthday and I have great support from office. They are my friends and my closest palls. So come and joint us in this fabulous friendly atmosphere.   I have been living here for three years with no problems. My apartment is nice, I get great heat in the winter, and absolutely have to use the AC on the summer. I live on the 3rd floor, and I chose that because the reviews I read before moving were so bad I knew I didn't want anyone over my head. Despite the reviews I still moved (from Brooklyn) and it's the best place for my husband and I. Block is quiet, building is quiet and always secure, and occasionally you hear your neighbors but what do you expect? You're living in an apartment building. Of you don't want to hear your neighbors through the wall then I suggest buying a detached house. All in all I love this place!
