  It's a parking garage. In the Duquesne U. campus close to Consol Energy Center.

  The garage is easy to access from Forbes Avenue. The only issue I have is that there are limited number of spaces and it is almost always full. They also a lot of times have sections cordoned off for events when there is already limited parking. It seems smarter to use the other garage for this.
