  I went in before making an appointment to see what they had. I asked if the price listed was with lenses and frames, and was told yes. I need special lenses that add a lot more money, but wasn’t told until I was already picking out glasses after my appointment. I feel like that was something that could’ve been mentioned. I felt very rushed while picking out my glasses, and was also not listened to in terms of what I wanted. When I went back to pick up my glasses, she wouldn’t adjust them correctly. I said they were too big and she shortened them, I said they were still too big on the sides, and she curled the back behind the ear almost to an almost 90 degree angle, I said no that hurts and they’re still too wide. She adjusted the front by the lenses, and said she couldn’t do anything about the wideness on the sides. I went to America’s Best down the street and they fixed them up perefectly to fit me, including making them less wide. The only good thing about For Eyes was the doctor was nice. I would never come here again.

  I went in to get my glasses adjusted because they had been sliding down my nose slightly. I walked in and the first lady to speak to me was rude and made me feel rushed. After adjusting the glasses terribly i realized that not only did she bend them unecessarily hard she also cracked my lens on the right. Absolutely embarassing service from a eye glass establishment. I wil never be returning to a FOR EYES ever in my entire life. Ever actually.

  I called the office before my appointment to let them know I would be 5 minutes late due to rush hour traffic getting to their downtown location, and the doctor informed the receptionist to cancel the appointment. Terrible customer service that they wouldn't wait 5 minutes for a patient.

  Will not ever go back. They did not know benefits covered under Eye Med insurance. Employees never looked up benefits and then once I left called saying I owed more outside my copay. The actual eye exam was the most unprofessional service I have had done in 15 years of going to the eye doctor for a yearly exam.

  I came here because I had a great experience with another For Eyes. They were fantastic! Always friendly and great service. I will return when my prescription expires.
