  I was Visiting Las Vegas this weekend. I went to several stores to find a pair of tennis shoes. I called this store and they had my size. They took down my name and said they would hold them for me. I told them I would be there in 20 minutes. When I arrived I was told by Raymond, that they had sold the shoes. AND “it was all about money”. My issue is why would they take my information if they were not going to consider a travel time of 20 minutes? What is the policy for a hold?

  Will not exchange one of their own shoes because blah blah blah..... even though 100% sure bought them there.

  I went in trying to exchange some shoes I recently purchased. I asked for sizes and they didn't have them so I asked the associate helping me if would be able to order them online. He said he would check for me and while checking another associate asked him if he was busy and he said no. So he started ringing a customer up. While I was standing there waiting, he turns to me and says the system wasn't allowing him to check and continued ringing the customer. I know exchanges/returns mess the sales up but, im a customer like every one else. Very rude and poor customer service.
