  Class A with small motorcycle trailer. (unload/unhook no problem) No pull throughs. Stayed a couple days, work related. Nice park. Clean, safe and quite. The roads are paved but really Ruff so just go super super slow. Take second entrance around corner from where google maps says. Loved the friendliness and help of the office staff! (ask about fresh eggs) I totally recommend this place. If you love local downtown life like we do head across the freeway and explore Downtown. Amazing murals, fantastic restaurants and some of the coolest eclectic bars we've ever been to! (we travel ALOT!!)

  I am thoroughly impressed with Foot of the Rockies RV Park - their staff is a joy and pleasure to work with and make you feel like family. They are highly professional, kind, considerate, keep a safe and clean park and are fair and straightforward! It is no wonder their park is always full and folks want to stay long term! I would be honored to come stay here again one day, and feel like these ladies are treasures! Thank you for all your hard work, ot shows that you always go above and beyond for your residents!

  Positively one of the nicest and professional staff we have ever had the pleasure to interact with. We have traveled 50K miles with our RV and this is definitely at the top of our return list !

  I’ve stayed in RV parks all across the country and this place is definitely one of my favorites! From the upper level, you can see the peaks at the Garden of the Gods, the full mountain range, and the city skyline. At night, you get to see the whole town lit up below you. The park is pretty quiet despite being right off the interstate, tenants are nice, and it’s a very pet-friendly park! There are short trails running through for walks, convenient dog waste containers located throughout, and they even have a fenced-in little dog park with tunnels and toys at the ready. OH! And the ladies that run this place are absolutely wonderful! With every interaction, they are so kind and funny; I had been trying to get into a park in the Springs for MONTHS, and Miss Terri told me to call her every day to secure a spot (they go fast here!)- she was so great, never got sick of me calling, and was able to get me a spot quicker than I imagined would be possible. A HUGE thank you to her, and a high recommendation to the park.

  Like it here. Quality park. The family that runs this place are good people. Snow removal ain't the best . That's my only complaint. Love it here! Were gonna stay as long as the good Lord permits us too. Safe. Peaceful. Quality park is best describes this place. Good good place and.people. !
