Here on vacation, decided to stroll through the mall just to browse - went to a couple other shoe stores and wasn't really helped - walked into Foot Locker and both Cassie and Brettny were super helpful without being pushy and I ended up buying shoes, socks, and a pair of shorts. Highly recommended this location.

Was in town on business yesterday and had a great experience at this store. Friendliest, most helpful people I have met - and I do a lot of shopping. Lawrence the cashier was especially cool and really informative. I was real picky with what I wanted and he was more than willing to accommodate in every way. Not only was he helpful, but he was SUPER enthusiastic. I have never wanted to leave a tip for an employee at a sneaker store, but if it were possible, for him I would have. LOL. Overall, great experience and nice selection of shoes!

I was considering a new pair of shoes but didn't even make it in the store before three of their "employees" started badgering me to come in. I wasn't even in the store and they were just standing outside trying to chat up passerby's and being disrespectful. Judging by how empty this store is I would say they can't afford to be turning away business.

classless and lacking in integrity. Bought insoles from this footlocker immediately after graduating Basic Military Training and was told to keep my receipt in order to be able to exchange the insoles within a year, the box the insoles came in was thrown away by the cashier in San Antonio. The cashiers at the footlocker in Alamogordo, NM. demanded I have the original box in order to make the exchange. Both the original vendor and this vendor showed no respect for Active Duty military with a willingness to lie to my face to push their product and no interest in keeping their word and making this right.
