  6 workers walking around with nothing to do, yet no one is ansewing the phone. Bad customer service. Employees have No knowledge on how the reserve app works. Poor training, I have a horrible experience.

  Busy line no matter when you call. Truly ridiculous!

  I called them about 4 times and they did not pick up the phone! I don't know if they are busy or if their phone just doesn't work.
