  I give him a 1 start because there's no choice to give him a ZERO! I'm a busy real estate agent. I referred him one client to handle his bankruptcy. He promised me he will be accessible through email. He never gives out his cell phone number and NEVER responds to emails. We left him several messages with his admin and NEVER returned my calls. I was willing to give him many clients but could not. My client ended with a 15k debt from the bankruptcy and even got foreclosed on his house from lack of this attorneys competence and communication. I will never ever refer him anyone else. BEWARE OF THIS ATTORNEY! DO NOT USE HIM !!!!

  I've done real estate in the past a number of years ago and have dealt with attorneys many times. In this case I was selling my own home and Fonticoba represented the buyer. Horrible experience. Very unprofessional. He never responds to emails or phone calls. This went on for months until I eventually killed the deal. This attorney was a huge part in the deal falling apart. Beware !

  Incompetent attorney who had 2 simple tasks in my friendly divorce and could not handle my returning to the use of my maiden name and including a clause for repayment of 25k now 6 years later I have to deal with this bc of his failure to follow through after multiple emails and calls. A divorce, even a friendly one, is incredibly taxing and you should use an attorney who cares about you, your requests and fulfilling them to the best of his ability. Someone who cannot even handle 1 of 2 simple requests is better off paying 300 for the noncontested paperwork, or pay an attorney who is responsive and not a complete failure at navigating a friendly divorce. Imagine it was a hard one.
